RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Mango Monkey, we engineer our athleisure for movement, comfort, and durability. If something isn’t right, we are committed to making it right.

1. 15-Day Free Returns & Exchanges

We offer a “no-questions-asked” return and exchange policy within 15 days of the delivery date.

  • Try It On: You are welcome to try on the products to check the fit.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Cost: We offer Free Reverse Pickup. You do not have to pay for shipping the item back to us.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange, please contact our support team:

  1. Email us at: support@mango-monkey.com
  2. Subject Line: Return/Exchange – [Your Order ID]
  3. Details: Please mention the item you wish to return and the reason (e.g., “Size Issue” or “Defect”).
  4. Next Steps: Our team will acknowledge your email within 48 hours and schedule a reverse pickup at your convenience.

3. Refund Process

Once your return reaches our warehouse in Surat, it will undergo a quality check (usually within 48 hours).

  • Approval: If the product passes the quality check (tags attached, no stains/damage), your refund will be initiated immediately.
  • Method: The amount will be refunded to your original payment source (Bank Account/Credit Card/UPI).
  • Timeline: Please allow 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank’s processing speed.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons and to ensure the safety of our community, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Innerwear (including sports bras and compression wear).
  • Socks.

Note: If you receive a damaged or defective item from this list, please contact us immediately for a resolution.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you have received a damaged product or an incorrect item:

  • Please email us at support@mango-monkey.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Attach a clear photo of the defect or the incorrect item.
  • We will arrange an immediate free replacement or a full refund.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. The full amount will be refunded to your source account.
  • After Dispatch: Once the order is in transit, it cannot be canceled. You may choose to reject the delivery or accept it and initiate a return.
