At Mango Monkey, we believe in a seamless shopping experience. We have partnered with India’s leading logistics providers to ensure your gear reaches you safely and on time.

1. Shipping Costs

We offer Free Shipping on all orders across India. There are no minimum order values or hidden handling fees.

2. Order Dispatch & Processing

• Processing Time: All orders are processed and packed at our Surat warehouse within 48 to 72 hours of order confirmation.
• Operations: Our warehouse operates Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:

• Metro Cities: 3 – 5 Business Days
• Rest of India: 5 – 7 Business Days
• Remote Areas: 7+ Business Days

Note: While we strive to meet these timelines, actual delivery times may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier delays.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your Tracking ID and a link to track your package.
• Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update on the courier’s website.

5. Payment Methods

We currently accept Prepaid Orders Only. You can pay securely using:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
• UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM)
• Net Banking

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services at this moment.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout. Mango Monkey is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error after placing an order, please email support@mango-monkey.com immediately.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, or if the tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it:

1. Do not accept a package if the seal is broken or tampered with.
2. Email us at support@mango-monkey.com within 48 hours.
3. We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
